iPep is a dietary supplement based on an innovative source of hydrolyzed and istantized whey protein isolate: OPTIPEP®, one of the most evolved, qualitative and complete energy source available on the market. Hydrolysis is a protein decomposition process aiming in get most simple molecular structures, called peptides, that are made up of small chains of amino acid, highly digestible and very quickly bioavailable. Take up to 20 g daily (2 scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid. For sportspeople, to promote the recovery, take 30 g, 20 minutes after the workout, possibly associating them with simple and assimilable carbohydrates.
